St. Pius X School is Pre-K through grade 8 and
is located in Westerly, RI. St. Pius X is a private/Parochial
pre-school, elementary and middle school serving southern RI and
southeastern CT and surrounding areas with excellence in
Christ-Centered, Catholic/Christian Education since 1963.
St. Pius X is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and
Colleges and through the Diocese of Providence, RI. We are one of 58
Catholic Schools in Rhode Island.
The school building is comprised of one classroom for each grade. The
new air conditioned wing built in 2006 houses two pre-school
classrooms, three middle school classrooms including a new science lab
and full-size middle school lockers. Additionally, the building has a
library, an art room, a computer lab with 27 student computers and a
music room. The school is located next to St. Pius X Church where
school masses are held. Also located on the property are two
playgrounds and grass field for intramural play.
